Descrizione
Morfologia
The main entrance, half hidden among large blocks, leads to a stepped corridor that goes directly to the main chamber. At this point and in the ceiling is the second entrance, formed by a vertical drop of 3 metres, with a narrow and awkward entry. The chamber is a broad vestibule 18 metres long, with widths ranging between 5 and 9 metres. A whole series of galleries and inclined chimneys, opening at different levels, converge in it. In the centre of the chamber and on the right, an artificial conditioning of an archaeological nature, through which one reaches two ascending conduits formed by various chimneys whose bases are linked to a short horizontal gallery. Again in the centre of the chamber, on the left-hand side, a short gallery joined to an easily accessible chimney communicates with a broad balcony situated 2 metres above the same chamber. A third offshoot is found at the opposite end of the large chamber, at -3 metres with respect to the surface, where a small ascending corridor places us before a fork, formed by small chambers linked at different levels. The main one, of stepped form, ascends until it ends in an upper chamber with a crawlway entrance.
Concrezioni
The balcony situated 2 metres above the chamber is completely covered with flowstone.
