Località

From the TV-3022 road from el Perelló to Rasquera, we enter via a track on the left, at approximately Km 7.5. Signposted, the first stretch asphalted, we take a branch track on the left, now dirt until the end where there is the parking area.

From the parking area, on the right side of the ravine, starts the path that in ten minutes leaves us in front of the grille of the rock paintings of Cabrafeixet.

Descrizione

Morfologia

The cave, shelter or rock shelter of Cabrafeixet (or Cabra Feixet) has a length of about 8 metres, a height of about 4 metres and a depth of almost 2 metres. On the left side a small passage about 3 metres long develops.

Storia

Discovered by archaeologists in 1922 while carrying out the first studies of its paintings.

In 1998 they were declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
