Descrizione
Morfologia
The entrance is of considerable dimensions. From it one descends along a ramp gallery that gives access to a chamber 23 by 7 metres and reaches a height of 12.5 metres. The chamber is occupied and subdivided by large clastic blocks that almost completely fill it. From there three small branches emerge: two beginnings of gallery that follow joints parallel to its final end, and another small gallery 9 metres long that emerges from the eastern lower third.

The cavity opens in a zone of heavily crushed limestone with quite a few well-individualized joints that follow a main direction S30E and upon which the cave has formed.
Storia
Although it would have been known since time immemorial, it is not until the campaigns that members of the ERE – CEC carried out in a systematic manner from the year 1966 to 1970 in different areas of the Cerdanya, that it was widely publicized.
