Descrizione
Morfologia
The salt del Molinot is a waterfall about 10 m high. At its foot a pool of 16 x 7 metres is formed.
In the wall of the waterfall there is a shallow rock shelter that continues behind the cascade, giving rise to a cave that forms between the tosca rock and the bedrock of the wall.
The length of the cave is 6.5 m and it crosses behind the whole flowstone of tosca stone, although in its centre there is a narrow passage. The rock shelter that precedes the entrance of the cave is 10 m long by not quite 3 m deep.
Concrezioni
The water of the waterfall hangs down over a beautiful tosca stone concretion in the form of a layer or a fan, so that it widens towards the base.
Idrologia
Where the waters of the riera de Milany flow. At the foot of the waterfall a pool of 16 x 7 metres of transparent waters is formed.

Catalogued by members of the Espeleo Club Muntanyenc Barcelonès and of the Grup d'Espeleologia de Badalona who visited it in June 2019.
