Descrizione
Morfologia
Consisting of a single shaft of notable dimensions and 22 metres deep, with the base covered by clastic detritus and plant remains. At the SE end of the floor there is a gallery, initially somewhat ascending, with a length of 12 metres.
Concrezioni
The gallery has its floor covered by a good number of “gours” (generally dry) and with various stalactitic formations of the ceiling type.
Storia
This pit was certainly known to the campaigns carried out by the SES – Puigmal around the years 1958-1960, but we have no record, nor, of course, whether they gave it a name. The first reference is that of the exploration by the ERE – CEC around the year 1970-72. On finding it, someone exclaimed on seeing the large entrance: Per aquesta boca passaria el 600 (the car they had) and hence the name.
