Località

From Camprodon we will follow the C-38 road towards Molló; after kilometre 13, we will turn right onto the GIV-5223 road towards Rocabruna and Beget. Shortly before kilometre 4, a path on the left takes us to can Bernat Pelut. The cavity is located to the E and above the house, on the upper plateau of the Roca Sabeia, at the top of the second crag, where a long fissure parallel to the cliff opens, inside which we find pit no. 1; pit no. 2 is located 15 metres to the E of that one.

Morfologia

The entrance is clearly visible, since a tree grows out of it; its dimensions are approximately 1X2 metres.

Progressione

The entrance gives way after a 2-metre drop to a descending gallery, which at the final part is semi-obstructed by the blocks wedged in it.

Storia

Cited in 1932 by Manuel Bassa i Armengol (Centre Excursionista Catalunya).

In the 70s of the last century the GES of the CMB explored and surveyed it.

Toponymy: in 1932 Manuel Bassa cites the place as Roca sa Beia, currently the ICGC on the 1:5000 map cites it as Roca Sabeia, while on the 1:25000 it cites it as Roca Sabella.
