Località

From the refugi de les Clotes you must climb to the coll dels Eriçons and from there continue along the ridge in a N direction, as far as the start of the Rases del Maraco. The cavity is located below the ridge, on the west-facing slope and in the upper part of the head of the barranc or riu dels Estrets.

Descrizione

Morfologia

A mouth of good dimensions (approximately 3 by 2 metres) allows access, by means of a scramble down, to a first chamber. Below it there is a second chamber, more interesting than the upper one.

Concrezioni

The second chamber has quite a few formations and at its start a stalagmitic column stands out.

Storia

Discovered and explored by members of the Espeleo Club Tortosa during a prospection in the area on 16 December 2012. At the base of the first chamber they found an exploded bomb from the time of the 1936-39 war.
