Località

You leave the village of Cabó via carrer Església and continue along the paved track of the camí d'Escales; immediately on the left we find a large water tank. From there we follow the track for 1.07 kilometres to the collet de la Creu d'Ovella. At this point, on the left we have some fields and on the right a small hill. 35 metres in the direction of the hill the pit opens, which we will find covered with a stone slab and a wire fence.

Morfologia

It is a single 15.5-metre shaft structured over a joint with a ledge at -11 metres. With a small entrance, it is usually covered with a slab and a wire fence.

Progressione

You must be careful with the continuous falling of blocks and possible problems of hypoxia at the bottom.

Storia

In May 1988, a group of villagers from Cabó accompany Jordi G. Quera to the entrance of the cavity, explaining that the previous summer one of them had gone down with a hemp rope. This hole had always been known, but it was not even a handspan; by removing stones they finally managed to make their way through.
