Avenc del Coll de la Ferla

Shortly before km. 16 of the road from Begues to Olesa de Bonesvalls (a few metres before the quarry and the CI Aries cement and lime factory), a track (closed) branches off; a little further on it crosses the riera de Begues and climbs the bottom of l'Espinadar. Further on we find on the left the remains of the corrals of els Casals and a little further on, on the right, the ruins of a huge farmstead (els Casals). The path continues ahead, tending to the right, until it becomes a footpath that climbs the hydrographic slope up to a col (some call it the coll de la Ferla). Leave the path and go about 50 metres E towards a small hill (spot height 445) and shortly before reaching it, in the middle of the scree, is the pit.
