On the road from Lecumberri to Uitzi, 500 metres before Uitzi, a cement track leaves on the left. We go up the track and, after a sharp right-hand bend, another track leaves on the left and descends to some bordas. We can leave the car here or continue along it on a dirt track that climbs to our right just before the bordas. We reach the «Campa de Urbiñete». From here we head South until we reach the summit of Mount Irumugarrieta, located 400 metres in this direction. Once we have reached this point, we continue another 200 metres approximately, also in a Southerly direction, and we find the pit.
