On the road from Lekumberri to Uitzi, 500 metres before Uitzi a cement track leaves to the left. Go up this track, which, after a couple of km, ends at a farm. Leave the car before the farm, at the last curve to the right. Walking southwest, cross a pasture and go through a wire fence gap, skirting a large doline that is left to the right. Cross another wire fence gap and begin to enter the beech forest. From here a new cone-shaped wire fence is visible, protecting the pit.
