Going up from Gorriti towards Uitzi, a cement track branches off to the right, which we follow until we reach a fence. From here another track starts, descending into a wood until we reach another fence. We pass it and continue downhill until we come upon a doline. We cross the hillside at the same contour and come across a larger doline. From here we continue about 100 metres in a southerly direction and we will find the pit, easily recognisable as it is surrounded by a pyramid-shaped wire fence.
