Description
Morphology
The “SCM” chimney is about fifteen metres high and around 5 metres in diameter.
Hydrology
The first 100 metres are very aquatic because of the natural dam formed by the stream at the entrance. Then you follow a gallery where the river trickles. Shortly after, the gallery ends at a sump.
Progression
The first 100 metres are very aquatic (neoprene recommended). You then reach a 3-metre waterfall that is the highlight of the trip; on its own, climbing it can be delicate, but it is possible on both sides. A few opposition and collapse zones lead to the “SCM” chimney, where you can see the remnants of the climb (pitons and stirrup).
