Description

Morphology

Magnificent doline/pit 20 m x 10 m.

Progression

An inclined plane gives access to -10 m from the start of the pit proper. An 18 m pitch in two sections leads onto an earthy inclined plane that continues via a 10 m pitch which ends in a fine chamber. A parallel conduit arrives higher up; it starts at the bottom of the 18 m pitch. An inclined plane arrives at a 6 m pitch whose bottom is choked with rubble (-48 and -50 m). At the top of the 6 m pitch, a short traverse leads to the foot of a 12 m chimney (-27).

Other details

A very fine pit that deserved to go further.
