A 19-metre-long cave in Pallejà, with two entrances and galleries interconnected by a 3-metre vertical drop.

Characteristics

Location

Located at the repetidor de les Planes, you will need to skirt the cliff in the direction of La Palma de Cervelló, until reaching a large abandoned quarry (the penultimate one). We will find the cavity on some rubble situated at the foot of the same quarry.

Description

Morphology

The two entrances, half hidden by the abundant vegetation, open the way to respective rectilinear galleries of identical characteristics, interconnected at their far end by a 3-metre vertical drop; above this we find a small gallery climbing for a scant few metres of passage, a prolongation of the upper gallery.

History

The first exploration data were provided in 1974 by X. Bellés (GELERA), J. Comas (GEP) and J. Pallarès.
