Location

The cave is located on the slope of the Turó de la Miloquera that faces the village of Marçà. From the S side, from the church square, we will follow carrer de la Bassa and take the camí del Castell; halfway up, a faintly marked path on the right leads us to the base of a small cliff where the cave is found, at the point where we are aligned with the village bell tower and slightly above it. Approximate coordinates.

Description

Morphology

Once past the entrance, after descending a small two-metre step, we find ourselves on a steep slope, which leads us to the main gallery of the cave, structured along an E-W fissure.

Progression

Continuing in a W direction, a crawl takes us to a small chamber with no continuation. If we take an E direction, we will descend a three-metre step by opposition and continue a few metres more until the passage becomes completely impassable, although a small pit of about 4 metres can be sounded.

History

We do not know who the first explorers were, but the first documented mention of which we have a reference is that of the Espeleo Club de Gràcia, who explored and surveyed it in 1979.
