Montmajor • Berguedà 10m

Small intermittent spring with a 10-metre passage at Canals de Catllarí, Montmajor.

Characteristics

Location

The spring is located at Canals de Catllarí, Montmajor. From the house of Canals de Catllarí a small path sets off, descending quickly to the Aigua de Llinars river. At the level of the river and at the last bend of the little path, at the foot of a cliff, lies the Balma del Tec; in front of it there is (or was) a footbridge to cross the river. A few metres above it there is a wide, much-damaged and overgrown path, which must be followed upstream. A few metres along and on the right there is a small channel full of box groves, which must be climbed for a few metres, and in its very middle lies the cave. Approximate coordinates.
