Characteristics

Location

From the Pla de Querol car park, follow the path to Campgràs and continue along the road that climbs to the Aviation Transmitter Centre, going as far as the installation located furthest E. To the N of this is spot height 586 (Serrat de la Morella), and to the SW is the central radioelectric installation (Puig Ginebró) (la Bola). At the junction of the two roads, follow about 6 metres along the left-hand one, leave the asphalt and continue for about twenty metres in a NE direction.

Description

Morphology

A pothole of comfortable dimensions that reaches only 4.6 metres in depth.

Speleothems

Halfway down the pothole a wall flow develops, completely decalcified, which reaches the bottom of the pothole.

History

Located and explored in February 1994 by members of ERE – CEC. It was subsequently explored again (by whom we do not know) and a spit was installed at the entrance. We also do not know whether it was renamed.
