Characteristics

Location

The M area is bounded to the N and E by the border ridge, to the W by the E limit of the F area and to the S by the Noguera Pallaresa valley.

The M.1 pit is located to the SE of the port d'Aulà, between the Tuc de Vinyals and the Tuc de Barbeguèr, a few metres below the border line.

Description

Morphology

Small pit 4 m deep. Inclined entrance passage that intersects in the very middle of a ramp gallery 8 metres long.

History

Explored during the S.S.P. and ASMP campaign in July 1975.
