Description
Morphology
The initial doline has a drop of one metre and the entrance to the cavity is of very small dimensions (0.25 x 0.4 m), giving way to a meandering gallery of very tight dimensions and 6 metres in length that leads to a pit of 27 metres drop, of a choked appearance, which places one at elevation -32. Here it divides into two passages: through the more easterly one, 5.3 metres are descended and, ascending 1 metre, one can continue by ramonage some 12 metres further down, that is to say to elevation -49.3. Returning to elevation -32, one takes the other pit (P.13.6) and at its bottom one can access the final vertical (P.35.5), reaching elevation -81. At one end of its base there is a small gallery of about 3 metres where the point of maximum depth is reached (elevation -82).
Progression
Due to the decomposition of the walls, it is not advisable to rig for descending the final pit of the cave.
Other details
ATTENTION: It is a cavity in which, normally and for a long time, a high degree of hypoxia has been detected.
History
Discovered and explored by members of the GIESC of the Club Muntanyenc de Sant Cugat del Vallès on 1 September 1976.
