Description
Morphology
The entrance opens at the bottom of a well-marked oval doline 2 metres deep. A passage widened between large blocks forming several narrowings leads to the bottom of the doline, marked by a small chamber. A crawlway passage leads this time to a true chamber. It is in the upper part of the wall that a narrowing allows one to descend again into a group of decorated diverticula as well as to the start of the shaft (du puits). The shaft begins in a narrow inclined joint at the end of which two continuations open. The first forms a small dead end and the second is none other than the shaft. It is an oval shaft not very large (0.8 m x 1.5 m) intersected by a ledge and ending in the rubble of the digging.
Speleothems
A narrowing in the upper part of the wall allows one to descend again into a group of decorated diverticula.
Progression
A rope can be planned to help with the ascent (in case of CO2).
Other details
At the start a distinct draught could be felt which stopped after each digging session. At present the atmosphere is very confined, which says a lot about the width of the continuation. A serious cleaning of the rubble at the bottom would be needed to reactivate the ventilation!
