Morfologia
The lower cave is blocked by a wall 2 metres wide, 0.8 metre thick and 1 metre high. It protects a cistern with pink plaster of approximately 3 cubic metres. The gallery is 6 metres long and is blocked at -12m (elevation taken from the entrance of the upper cave).
The entrance of the upper cave consists of three porches. One in the middle of the wall face, the other two, on the ledge side, meet in a descending earthy passage with a steep slope. After 10 metres the gallery turns left and ends at -9m against a wall of fill deposits.
Storia
From the entrance of the upper cave remain a remnant of a wall with white mortar as well as a few putlog holes, signs of medieval construction.
