Descrizione

Morfologia

In the part feasible for the descent, there appear, coming from the surrounding karst, which although fairly dead presents some thickness in certain places, a system of joints with an E-W direction. The first vertical drop is 22 m and lands on a very unstable detrital platform, from which a new drop in the form of a circular shaft begins, descending uniformly to -100 m. The descent is entirely aerial and ends in a chamber of considerable size entirely covered by blocks. The measurements of the chamber are 35 m in length, by 25 m in width and 22 m in height. In its W part it presents a gallery along which one advances about one hundred mts, with the floor entirely covered by enormous blocks that make progress troublesome.

Concrezioni

The final chamber presents abundant lithochemical phenomena. At the end of the gallery in the W part there is a large quantity of fossil gours of considerable dimensions, and the concretions are also fairly abundant.
