Morfologia
Water erosion in the terrain has led to the formation of a 45° slope, polished by water until it resembles a path, in turn half-hidden by the leaves and branches of the surrounding vegetation. Initially the entrance was very small in size; after clearing it, the current width of approximately 0.5 m was achieved, although a wedged stone makes its exploration even more difficult.
Idrologia
When it rains, water runs down the path to the cavity, acting as a sink.
Progressione
Initially the entrance was very small in size, so we were obliged to clear it (4 people, 1 h) to achieve the current width (approx. 0.5 m) and thus be able to access the shaft. Due to the incline and the large amount of mud and organic matter (branches, leaves), the entrance may become blocked or concealed; for this reason we will proceed to mark the terrain, once we have finished surveying the area, in order to avoid any accident.

Beeches abound around the entrance, as does the moss that clings to rocks and trees; the presence of large box is also observed.
