Descrizione
Morfologia
This is a Trou in the earth, 80 cm in diameter. A narrow shaft, vertical, in an east-west fissure, 4 m deep, opens into a low, clayey, sloping chamber. From the low point, a very clayey crawlway leads into a gallery oriented east-west, formed along an oblique bedding joint (north-south dip), 1.2 m high and 0.8 m wide. Toward the East, this gallery ends after 40 m at a sump. Toward the West, the gallery heads toward a large sump and divides several times into 2 parallel branches, alternately choked. This cavity formed in an east-west fissure that heads toward the gouffre de Padirac.
Idrologia
The eastern sump is fed by a small inflow of water. Clay traces on the walls show that this cavity is regularly flooded.
