The Grotte du Trilobite, at an altitude of about 130 metres, has a lintelled porch measuring 9 m × 9 m for 6 metres in height and a development 2 of 126 metres.

Morfologia
Its entrance is at an altitude of about 130 metres and its floor 4.5 m above the Cure; Parat gives its floor as 3 metres above the valley and 5 metres above low-water level.
Its porch is 9 m × 9 m wide for 6 metres in height, dimensions that correspond to a lintelled porch; two walls of rock frame its entrance.
Its development 2 is 126 metres, practically without any difference in level. It comprises two successive widenings at the entrance, followed by a gallery. The first widening, 9 m × 9 m in area, which Parat calls “le Vestibule”, was covered by a vault that has collapsed over 6 metres since the first occupation of the Grotte. Next comes a narrowing, preceding the second chamber of 8 m × 4 m for a height of 5 metres at the centre with, against the right-hand wall, a small chimney caused by a joint. Finally comes a passage 3 to 4 metres wide for 2 metres in height at its entrance, 35 metres long.
