From the access to the R4 at the lower level of the ossuary, crawl for about ten metres; at the narrowing, a metal bar across the passage marks the access to the squeeze leading to the R4. This bar can be used to anchor the safety rope, but above all do not use either a descender or a handle: it does not hold and bends easily. The small drop can be down-climbed without difficulty, but on the way back up it is better to have brought a rope for assistance.
