Descrizione

Morfologia

The entrance is the collapsed vault of a large Gallery. The Gallery is 15 metres wide and the ceiling rises to 15/20 metres at 25 metres. At this point, at the level of a large rockfall, the Gallery narrows. After the rockfall, the main Gallery is very chaotic. After a passage between the blocks that almost block the Gallery, one emerges into a flatter Gallery with a few side branches on the left. a column marks the beginning of a pretty chamber 25 m x 10 m x 8 m with a rather clayey and fairly flat floor. This Salle du Mirage ends in small, well-blocked conduits. There is no updraught chimney as reported in the previous survey sheet.

Concrezioni

a column marks the beginning of the Salle du Mirage.

Progressione

a passage through blocks on the left flank (former blowing hole) leads into a collapse zone with no continuation. One descends into the Galerie des Rampes holding on to very long roots that come from the surface. At the level of a large rockfall, a wall has been built against the left wall and a bit of ledge allows access to a decorated Gallery joining another lower one via a P5; this one joins the main Gallery through a small hole in the wall. On the East side, behind large slabs, one can visit a set of stepped laminar passages that ends at -40m on narrow fissures. Lower down, on the West side, one can descend into an earthy conduit that leads to the lowest point of the cavity at -55m.

Altri dettagli
