Descrizione

Morfologia

A low, straight, stony and descending corridor, about thirty metres long, opens into a more comfortable gallery. Progress becomes penitential over dried gours until a narrow passage. It emerges into a more spacious corridor. The main gallery becomes low again. Progress becomes easier in a comfortable corridor until a sudden lowering of the ceiling. The rest of the visit continues through a partly equipped flat-out squeeze. Arrival in a low chamber decorated with gours. The gallery continues with the same proportions. Arrival then in a section of fine dimensions with a chamber height of about 7 m. The end of the exploration is done flat on one's stomach over a clay fill becoming increasingly substantial until complete obstruction of the passage.

Concrezioni

Small basins fed on the left. Stalagmitic flow during the descent crossing. The ramping is done in gours sometimes "humidiferous". Low chamber decorated with gours.

Idrologia

A small step of 1.50 m gives onto a small stream often dried up.

Progressione

Short ascending side passage on the left, small fed basins and climbing a 2 m step. On the right, a sloping gallery about ten metres long leads to a small chamber at +14 m, the highest point of the cavity. Descent crossing of a step of about 2 m and stalagmitic flow. Passage through a small collapse zone. Several side passages embellish the route, one of which, ascending, ends in a stony scree; it is the only adjacent one to have washed rock blocks.

Altri dettagli

On the wall, inscription of one of the first known explorers of this cave: J. CUAZ 12/05/1947.
