Gouffre des Sapins

An inclined plane littered with dead firs gives access to Un bloc coincé at the top of the first shaft; one can wait at 3 or 4 on this bloc, passage through the inclined plane causes rockfalls into the shaft. At the foot of this one, a few metres lead to the next shaft, 36 metres high, at the bottom of which one lands on Un névé. a narrow passage then a 2-metre climb leads to the next shaft, which is not descended in full. a tight descending passage between the blocks allows one to reach Un petit puits which is not descended entirely. At the level of a wide ledge, one lets go of the rope to commit into the lowest point of the fault. a new 35-metre shaft allows one to reach the lowest point of the pit for us. a draught escapes from Un méandre which seems too narrow to be frequented; on the survey there is nevertheless indeed a continuation.

One must take a window to descend into Un puits parallèle. Passing thus at the widest, then by downclimbing, one reaches the salle de la fondue Franco-Suisse.
