Morfologia
The pit opens at the bottom of a slight doline; the opening, in solid rock, measures 4 to 5 m long by 2 wide. The well-vertical shaft keeps roughly these same proportions down to about -40. At this depth, one emerges at the end of a vast dipping joint that offers a striking perspective.
At 48 m below the surface, one reaches the bottom of the shaft at the top of a long scree slope that continues to the low point at -69 m through a vast joint sometimes corroded and sometimes decorated with speleothems.

Rises in water can be observed at the bottom after heavy rain.
