Embut de la Plaine des Enfers

An asymmetrical depression opens onto a small shaft about ten metres deep, blocked at its base by blocks and debris. Towards the south-east, a small branch leads to a meander. Once cleared, the meander gives access to a fine P30. A series of shafts (P13, P19, P10, P5, P12) leads to -115. Then another cleared meander leads to 2 shafts of 7 metres (-135). From there, a long meander, also cleared, develops, intersected by a 4-metre shaft and an ascending shaft. Exploration stops at an ascending shaft forming a small chamber.

In rainy weather, the water of the valley disappears into the meander located to the south-east, at the end of a small branch.

Clearing the meander gives access to a fine P30, then a series of shafts (P13, P19, P10, P5, P12) leads to -115. Another cleared meander then leads to 2 shafts of 7 metres (-135). A long meander, also cleared, then develops, intersected by a 4-metre shaft and an ascending shaft. The stop is made at an ascending shaft forming a small chamber; digging is ongoing (date not specified).
