Località

Cavity located in the sierra de Andía, in the vicinity of the road from Lizarraga to Venta Zumbeltz; at km. 23.8, from the road to the tunnel take the track heading toward Sosa and Ikomar. After about 200 m, head North for 150 m to Potxen Txabola, located on a treeless slope, a little more than 50 m from it. In the northwestern part there is a small doline in which the cave is found.

This cave probably formed from a joint with a North-South direction.

Idrologia

The circulation of water, nonexistent today, must have occurred along the dip of the strata, which is 7º in the 188º direction.
