Località

Following the T-704 road towards Capafonts, when you reach the last houses of the village of Prades, you must turn left and within a few minutes you find the cave. The GR-171 Long-Distance Trail passes in front of it. The cluster of surrounding houses is known as the cova del Vidre residential area.

Morfologia

Rounded cave 8 metres wide at the entrance and 8 metres deep.

Idrologia

Water commonly accumulates at the bottom; the level it reaches can be clearly seen on the walls.

Storia

Known since time immemorial, it is popularly said that glass was once made here, or at least that the rock of the walls was used to make it.
