Morfologia
Le Barrenc consists of a winding fissure with two distinct branches.
Progressione
The first branch, accessible via the North entrance, is composed of an R 5, an R 7 at the bottom of which, following the fissure, one reaches an impenetrable, ventilated crawlway connected with the second branch. Via a perpendicular passage, one finds a P 5 whose bottom is choked at -20 m.
The second branch is accessible either via the South entrance (p8) or via an exposed traverse at the top of the R 7. Initially descending, the meander rises and ends at a breakdown pile. At the bottom, small steps in the more or less stabilized scree lead to the top of a P 12. At the bottom, a selective constriction allows one to reach the top of an impenetrable fissure at -36 m.
