Descrizione
Morfologia
This first cave is a natural fissure 18 metres high by 5 metres wide and 20 metres deep with large fallen blocks.
Progressione
Advance parallel to the cut in a Northerly direction for about 300 metres, entering the Foz perpendicularly through the so-called paso de la canal, descend by a steep scree slope to the 675-metre level, finding a path in a Northerly direction that continues for about 200 metres until reaching the Paula ravine, which continues for about 400 metres into the area called del Cantón.
Altri dettagli
The highest part, called the Paula, has abundant loose stone, scree and bramble, and is a place of strong insolation. The place name may come from the word Paúl, an expanse of uncultivated land covered with heather, although it may also mean quagmire. In the cave there are nests of txoas and livestock.
