Avenc de les Vinyes Velles

It is located in the area of Puig de la Balma (Mura). From the house of Puig de la Balma one must go up to the high-voltage tower located to the NW of the house. Here there is a wide path heading W and shortly after take a fork to the left, in a S direction, which climbs up towards elevation 675 (the Puig). Once at the top one must follow another fork that goes to a high-voltage tower and from it continue as best one can beneath the power line, in a SW direction for about a hundred metres, and a little beyond the line the cavity is found. Years ago the pit was beside a track that must have been made for the construction of the power line, but today it is completely lost. There may be some other more direct route, but not advisable because of the vegetation covering all the surroundings.
