Morfologia
The aven des Trois Trous is a small cavity given its depth and its development; nevertheless it has one of the prettiest entrances on the Méjannes le Clap plateau. It is somewhat reminiscent, on a more modest scale, of the aven des Neuf Gorges, with rock bridges and dense vegetation. Although it is called the aven des Trois Trous, this one has a 5 (5) openings aligned along a northeast-southwest axis. The bottom of the aven is occupied by a large scree slope; the scree would appear to plunge vertically, which would remove any hope of a continuation without major work. Two galleries start from the scree: the first stops fairly quickly at a choke; the second, larger one, ends at a lowering of the ceiling.
