Morfologia
The entrance of Le Moravès is picturesque, reminiscent in a more modest way of that of the aven des Neuf Gorges on the edge of the Ardèche, which De Joly compared to a miniature Montpellier-le-Vieux.
Rock bridges form two main entrances, of unequal size.
The large entrance leads directly into a P 28, a terminal chamber, on a slope (scree). This chamber is 10 m long by 10 m wide and has a drop of about ten metres.
Progressione
Still in the large entrance, an inclined plane, passing under a rock bridge, leads to a landing overlooking the pit at -10 m.
The small entrance also leads to this landing.
