Descrizione
Morfologia
The aven takes the form of a depression sloping gently towards the south-west, bounded to the east by a joint. Its length is about 5 metres and its maximum width 3 metres.
Progressione
The fill consists of an accumulation of rock blocks and more or less coarse fragments whose interstices are filled with an earthy sediment, becoming more clayey towards the base. The excavation was stopped on large collapse blocks.
Altri dettagli
The material recovered includes ceramic sherds, lithic industry, human bones, wood charcoal and faunal remains. Apart from the lithic industry, the material is fragmented and the bones are very altered. A significant vertical dispersion of the remains can be demonstrated.
