Aven de la Brume

A Ressaut of 1 metre at the bottom of which the entrance of the aven opens. An entrance constriction leads to a 6-metre pit that emerges at the top of a small chamber. A narrow fissure (diameter = 16cm) starts from the bottom of the chamber and hints at a continuation.

After digging, the widened fissure leads into a very narrow pit 4 metres deep. The P4 is too narrow to be descended and requires widening.

The narrow fissure hints at a continuation, with the presence of a draught. After digging, the draught is harder to detect, but it seems to come from the bottom of the pit, which is obstructed by rubble from the dig. The digging is abandoned in view of the large amount of work. A note to those interested: the last metres of the pit need widening, and the rubble at the bottom needs to be hauled up to the chamber to see where the draught comes from and whether a continuation is possible.
