Località

The cavity is located North of mount Otansur, about 550 metres North of the path of the raso de Ata (Madozko Bidea) and 1650 metres East of the summit of Artxueta. The approach can be made from the raso de Ata in the direction of Arrateberri (Northwest) along a well-marked path until reaching an entrance in a broad doline. There is also the possibility of approaching from Urdenats.

Descrizione

Morfologia

The entrance is an opening in a broad doline. Inside there is a sloping gallery down to -5 metres and a horizontal gallery with the possibility of continuation, since depths of up to 25 metres are sounded.

Storia

In 1987 it was explored by the GAES de Bilbao. In 2004 it was investigated by Satorrak and in 2006 by the Valle de Ata Otxola.
