On the NA 140, at the exit of the village of Abaurrea Alta, heading towards Ochagavía/Otsagabia, take the track on the left called Erdiko Bidea and reach a junction of paths that is followed to the left, after passing an aska. From here continue 500 metres and leave the car in a parking area on the right. Set off heading South along a path fenced for livestock. Following the path, after 5 minutes you reach a three-way fork next to some bordas. At it, take the path heading West until reaching a stream. Go down along the stream until reaching the Zatoya river and follow it upstream along the right bank until locating a water inlet where the cavity is found.
